Once you return to Australia a claim form can be requested from CSU Travel. The form will need to be completed and returned to CSU Travel with original supporting reports and documentation such as police reports, airline baggage reports, Doctors reports, transport provider's reports, receipts, valuations or proof of ownership. Before submitting a claim you should obtain any refunds available from your private health fund, the transport providers with which you are travelling or any other source.
