When booking your domestic flights, the Charles Sturt policy is for staff to choose the best logical fare. The airfare booked will be based first on cost rather than frequent flyer memberships.
To change a booking change fees will apply. Fees charged will depend on the airline and the availability of flights.
If you think your plans may change, in some cases it may be better financially to book a less expensive airfare and pay the change fees, rather than book a more expensive flexible fare.

Qantas Fares Guide
- Red E Deals Fares: $99 change fee, plus any fare difference
Booking Classes: E, O, Q, N, S, V and L - Flex Fares: any fare difference
Booking Classes: M, K, H, B and Y
- All fares incur a $44 change fee, plus any fare difference
- Choice Fares: $80 change fee, plus any fare difference
Booking Classes: S, T, Q, V, N, E - Flex Fares: $80 change fee, plus any fare difference
Booking Classes: L, H, B, Y
