Domestic Flight Fares

When booking your domestic flights, the Charles Sturt policy is for staff to choose the best logical fare. The airfare booked will be based first on cost rather than frequent flyer memberships.

To change a booking change fees will apply. Fees charged will depend on the airline and the availability of flights.

If you think your plans may change, in some cases it may be better financially to book a less expensive airfare and pay the change fees, rather than book a more expensive flexible fare.

Please see below for a fare type guide for each domestic airline and the charges associated with changing your ticket.

If you have any questions about what type of fare to choose, please contact one of the Travel Office team.
