Staff accessing ProMaster from outside of the CSU network (e.g. home access) locations that do not access CSU network, or when using the netdirect feature, will have to provide their CSU username and password. You are required to qualify your username by including the CSUMAIN domain as shown in the screen shot below of the login dialog. Please note that you must use capitals followed by the 'back slash' located above the 'enter' key.
